The Science summer exams consist of  2 papers of 35 minutes each.

Paper 1 - includes the following Biology topics and Chemistry topics

• Respiration (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 146 -149) 

• Photosynthesis (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 152 -159) 

• Inheritance (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 172-177) 

 Chemistry 

• Elements and the periodic table (groups 1,7,0) (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 68-75, 78-85) 

Paper 2 - includes the following Physics and Practical skills topics 

Physics (* uses both textbooks on kerboodle) 

• Forces (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 1: page 14-17)

• Forces (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 20-30 Not including Pressure in Liquids) 

• Light  (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 1: page 64-72) 

• Magnetism (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 2: page 36-39) 

Practical skills (Kerboodle AQA Activate Book 1: page 2-11) 

• Practical variables 

• Graph skills 

• Interpreting data 

• Mathematical skills in science
